Special Services:
Trips and activities: Orientation trips in September for Upper School students and the 11 th grade trip to Munich
in November are included in tuition fees. However, during the course of the school year, there may be other trips
and activities organized for students at additional costs independent of tuition fees.
Extra-curricular activities: A wide variety of stimulating after-school activities are offered at no additional cost.
Text-books: are provided by the school to all students enrolled in the school at no additional cost.
Extra Services:
Hot lunch: Catered lunch service is available by semester subscription.
Transportation: is not provided by the school. A number of private providers organize door to door transportation in the
greater Florentine area. Driver’s contact details are available upon request.
Uniform: The School’s uniform provider is 10 e Lode (Top Marks), conveniently located between the two schools at
Via Uguccione della Faggiola n°13 (near the Coop in Gavinana). Parents may visit 10 e Lode beginning in the Spring
(by the end of May) to order school uniforms for the academic year of 2014-2015. Store contact information: Fabio

Sat from 9:00am – 12:30pm (Closed on Monday morning and Saturday afternoon).
School fees are billed once a year in July or August according to the payment plan option chosen as noted below:
Fees for attendance for the first semester only or one trimester are 60% of annual tuition plus 100% of Application,
Registration and Capital Fund fees. Fees for attendance for the second semester only or portion of are 60% of annual
tuition plus 60% of Registration and Capital Fund fees plus 100% of other fees. For partial attendance of the second
semester a student is not entitled to a refund of the tuition paid. In April, in order to guarantee a space for your child or
children for the following year, you will be requested to pay a deposit and the re-enrollment Fee. Subsequently, this
amount will be deducted from the tuition.
Payment may be made by check or bank transfer, not by credit card. Checks should be made payable to the
International School of Florence.
Bank transfers should be sent to:
Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze, Antella branch, acc. n. 7332, SWIFT CRFIIT3F,
IBAN IT 21 W 06160 37720 000007332C00, indicating the student’s name. Note that all bank charges for transfers must
be paid by the client.

Due to Italian law, please be aware that the school can accept payment in cash only up to € 999,99.
All late payments are subject to a 0.80% per month charge.
For early departures - before December - due only to official transfer of a family from Florence, tuition fees will be
prorated to one semester. For departures in the second semester, fees are due for the whole year.
Payment Plan Options:
ISF offers three payment plans that give greater flexibility, and time if needed, to fulfill payment of tuition fees for each
school year.

Full payment of the tuition with 3% discount by 31 July 2014

Payment of 60% of the tuition by 10 September 2014 and payment of 40% of the tuition by 10 January
2015
3.
By installments: 40% by 10 September 2014 adding then 2% on the balance due and pay as follow:

20% by 31 October 2014
•
20% by 31 December 2014
•
20% by 28 February 2015
Example: Tuition € 15.000.
