Last Thursday we welcomed our pre-preps for an orientation day. I heard they had lots of fun and our current students really enjoyed meeting them. Prep orientation will be happening again this Thursday from 8:3010:30. Clarity Hearing and Australian Hearing forms that were sent home last week, need to be returned by the end of this week. Hearing appointments will be taking place at the beginning of next. I hope everyone has an enjoyable time at the bullride this weekend. I wish all the students who are competing in events over the weekend good luck. I am sure they will try their very best and show good sportsmanship. Have a great week. Parent / Teacher Interviews Teachers will be offering parent/teacher meetings in this week (Monday 3rd November to Thursday 6th November). This will be the only formal opportunity for parents to discuss student progress this semester. It is important for all parents to make an appointment with the office. Please take this chance to discuss your child’s progress at school. School Fees School Fee accounts will be sent home this week. Please have these accounts paid by Friday 14th November 2014. The amount is around $2500 for this alone. On top of this, the P&F donates a $10 book for each student which comes to $800 and then also buys Sacred Heart Student Protection Contacts Students Protection Officers are: Miss Polly Crawford (APRE/Yr 2/3 Teacher) Miss Kathleen Cross (Prep/One Teacher) the Year 6&7 graduates a gift valued at donated almost $3500 to the school. Cake Stall This money is being raised through the Sacred Heart Parish Fete Committee will be holding a cake stall. tuckshop. When: Thursday 20th November 2014 The tuckshop is therefore not only a service for your children’s lunches, but is also the main source of fundraising Where: Cunnamulla Newsagency for the P&F.
