Our client, one of the Malaysia's leading telecommunication companies is looking for suitable candidates to join them for the following positions: Position 1 : Contact Center Consultant Location : Shah Alam, SS2 PJ Job Responsibilities: • • • • • • Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone. Remain up-to-date with the latest information that impacts the delivery of service to the customers. Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs. Provide customer feedback for continuous improvement. Understand, analyze and calculate bill statement in order to provide clear explanations to customers. Maintain a high degree of responsibility towards customer confidentiality. Job Requirements: • • • • • • Min SPM (min pass in Math, BM, Eng) + 1 year accumulated fulltime working experience in CS, Sales, Mktg. Fresh Diploma holders / Fresh grads will also be considered. Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in English Language. Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese dialects. Able to work in a flexi shift. Computer literacy (E-mail applications, operates Windows 95/97). Must posses own transport. Position 2 : Customer Collection Call Center Location : Shah Alam Job Summary Handle all escalated cases from incoming customer inquiries & complaints via phone with utmost professionalism and ensure high quality customer service is provided at all times. Job Responsibilities: • • • • • Instigate collection calls to maximize debt recovery and to ensure assigned collection target are met. Proactively follow-up on remedial actions on delinquent accounts in order to ensure payment related issues are resolve and thus minimizing churn rate and increase customer satisfaction. Managing and updating of subscribers details to ensure accounts under portfolio assigned are contactable should any need arise. Responsible for termination of the 90 days->150days aging accounts To be flexible in handling and taking various assignments or projects given to you in other functions within GBVAS Segment or Contact Centre. Job Requirements: • Min SPM (min pass in Math, BM, Eng). Candidates who obtained a Pass in Mandarin paper at SPM level will have an added advantage. (SAP qualification due to an ‘F’ in BM is acceptable; however other subjects must have average to good grades). • SPM/Diploma holders will need to at least have 1 year working experience. Fresh Degree holders are acceptable. However, they should have received their Degree results. Customer Service or credit collection related working experience will be advantageous Able to converse well in Bahasa Malaysia & English Proficient & fluent in spoken Mandarin Language will be an added advantage - proper pronunciation & intonation - good grammar - correct choice of word Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literacy (E-mail applications, operates Windows 95/97). Possess mobile & email related knowledge. Typing skills – 25wpm Position 3 : Customer Service Consultant, DIGI Centre Location :1) Central - Bukit Tinggi - Time Square - Klang - SS2, PJ 2) Eastern - Kuantan 3) Sabah - Lintas - Api Api - Sandakan 4) Sarawak - Miri - Bintulu Job Responsibilities: • • • • Attend to walk-in enquiries and complaints from customers professionally, efficiently and responsively. Handle activation, termination, barring of calls for lost/stolen handsets, change of plans, updating of subscriber information/details and requests to activate/register for Value Added Services. Handle bill payments and any other monetary transactions made by customers over the counter and ensure that the payments are recorded in the appropriate systems and credited into the customer’s account correctly and on a timely basis. Handle customer service/loyalty booth at road show locations if assigned by the company. Job Requirements: • • • • • Minimum SPM qualification with at least 1-2 years customer service experience preferably from the service industry. Excellent interpersonal skills Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (other languages would be an added advantage) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
