Three layers of mousse, dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate with
a dark chocolate cookie crust. With a handmade chocolate rose on top.

St. Honore Cake
A puff pastry bottom, with rum soaked chiffon, raspberry jam, diplomat cream
laced with rum, whipped cream, and decorated with cream puffs covered in hard
caramel which are also filled with rum-cream, and raspberries.

Chocolate Eclipse Cake
A decadent chocolate cake filled with Italian meringue marshmallow
and covered with rich chocolate ganache frosting. Beautifully decorated
in the “Une Nuit a Versailles” theme.
