Terms & Conditions
General
Definitions
The Finesse Collection is delivered by Finesse Weddings which consists of the following
suppliers: catering provided by Apna Khana Catering, décor provided Devine Décor and DJ
provided by Kudos Music (specifically DJ Nav). Any reference to catering or caterer refers to Apna
Khana Catering, décor refers to Devine Décor, DJ / music / entertainment refers to Kudos Music
(specifically DJ Nav). Any reference to venue refers to the venue in question or confirmed which
will be stated. Any reference to proposal refers to the agreement of services between each of
the suppliers and the client.
Prices
All prices (original and savings) are correct at time of printing / publishing and offers genuine
savings for the client. Should any changes be made to the menu, services or number of guests
the prices quoted may be subject to charge. All savings are subject to the services provided by
each of the suppliers and / or the venue within the Finesse Collection only. Prices valid for 2014.
Deposit & Payment Terms
A non-refundable or transferable deposit will be required at the time of booking. Up to four
separate payments may be be required for the deposit, which will secure the catering, décor, DJ
and / or venue. The rest of the balance is to be settled three weeks prior to the event date.
Payment details will be discussed and explained to you at the time of the booking.
Guest Numbers
All prices quoted are for the number of guests specified on the agreed proposals. Confirmation
of final maximum numbers must be given four weeks prior to the event. If the number of
persons who attend increase the number notified, Finesse Weddings will charge for each
additional person. If number of persons who attend decrease, Finesse Weddings may change
the price to which the client will be notified.
Alterations & Variation
Any changes to the agreed proposal must be made no later than four weeks prior to the event
date. Products and services or any other items supplied by Finesse Weddings suppliers are
subject to market availability. The client will be informed as soon as possible of any alterations. If
any of Finesse Weddings suppliers make a major change to the order, the client shall have the
choice of either accepting the changes or cancelling the order and receiving a full refund of all
monies paid (in which event Finesse Weddings shall be under no further liability). If after an
order exists the client wishes to change the contract in any way, Finesse Weddings suppliers will,
without obligation, do what it reasonably can to try and accommodate the changes required.
Further terms and conditions will apply with the venue.
Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware, Serving Equipment & Table Linen
Clients booking any Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware, Serving Equipment or Table Setting items ( for
example Table Cloths, Table Slips Cloths, Chair Covers & Table Decorations) are asked to note
that they will be charged for any damages, breakages or missing items that may arise because of
their event.

Third Parties
All our third party recommendations are strictly made from our experience of working with such
organisations in the past. Finesse Weddings does not in any way take any responsibility for the
actions of any third parties that we may have recommended to you for your function. All fees,
arrangements and payments must be settled directly with each party.
Complimentary Items
All our complimentary items are subject to availability. Finesse Weddings does not accept any
liability for mistakes or errors made on the complimentary personalised menu cards. The
complimentary wedding planning and co-ordinating service is based on the products and
services that Finesse Weddings offers.
Other Terms & Condition
Each supplier may have further individual Terms and Conditions that will apply which will be
supplied to you separately in their contracts or proposal.
Catering
Menu Items
Some items on the menu are subject to an extra charge and are marked with an * (asterix) on
the menu selection file. If any of these items are selected then the client will be informed of any
extra costs if applicable.
Venue
Deposit & Payment Terms
A 50% deposit will be needed to confirm venue and remaining balance due three weeks prior to
the event date. A signed contract with the venue to confirm the event is to take place will be
required and further terms and conditions will apply.
