INTERNAL AUDIT TO MS ISO/IEC 17020:2012 (CA03) Programme Overview This training course aims to provide delegates with a basic auditing process for the internal auditor needs to be qualified in order to conduct internal audit. This training course introduces the audit concepts, audit terms and vocabulary and the audit process. Audit process has four phases, which are; audit planning, audit implementation, audit reporting and follow up. Participants shall be guided on the four phases through lectures, workshops, role plays and exercises.
