She holds various certificates with the Insurance Institute of South Africa, Certificate in Advanced Insurance Practice being the latest. Petra has been living in New Zealand for 5 years and also obtained the Certificate in Financial Services with the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. She likes to spend her time outdoors, horseback riding, travelling and also enjoys reading.  Charlotte Hart Charlotte has gained knowledge in marketing, claims handling and policy administration within the 5 years in the insurance industry. She attended various courses from insurers. Charlotte loves nature and is an outdoors person.  Ermarie Kotze Ermarie only joined us a short while ago, but is a fast learner and eager to experience this industry.
