Kendriya Vidyalaya, Embassy of India, Kathmandu, celebrated their CCA Day
on the 14th Nov, 2014 on account of children’s day. The day started with
lighting the traditional lamp
and garlanding the portrait
of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.

Nepal. Students presented a
colorful cultural program followed by the prize distribution by the Guest of
Honor Prof. Usha Thakur.
Dr. Rambhakta P B Thakur, in his speech congratulated the students, teachers
and Principal for their efforts. He also told the gathering how co-curricular
activities are an integral part of education to develop their personality and to
make them more confident in life.
Future of Nepal and India depends on these children of today and such activities
will go a long way in making students responsible citizens. The celebration
ended with vote of thanks.
