Last Year a group of educators from the Illawarra travelled to Base Camp Everest and raised $20,000
toward national schools in the area. In doing so the group were tremendously affected and humbled by the
kindness and humanity shown by the people in Nepal.
It went largely unnoticed in the Illawarra as they sought no media exposure. That situation has changed.
The crisis in Nepal deserves our attention, please give your time and money to what promises to be a
wonderful feel good night. Children welcome.
Information on travelling and trekking and sponsoring the education of children in NEPAL will be available on
the night.
All proceeds to Himalayan Education Charity Fund.
