HOUSING APPLICATION The mission of the Office of Housing and Residence Life is to provide a safe and secure living-learning community that inspires intellectual and personal growth, social responsibility, and multicultural understanding while providing opportunities for leadership development. IUPUI’s Exclusive On-Campus Housing Option! Apply for Housing • Apply early! Assignments are considered based on the date that both the completed application and application filing fee are received. • Housing applications are accepted year-round. • Apply or update your housing requests and roommate requests online at: housing.iupui.edu/HSC • Students who apply for housing by March 15th for Academic Year Housing are guaranteed to receive an offer for one of our communities. On-Campus Living Options BALL RESIDENCE HALL First-year student community featuring a traditional residential experience with community lounges, amenities, and programs designed to support first year student success including the Living Your Freshman Experience (LYFE) program. Rooms with an attached bathroom or air conditioning are very limited. Residents in this hall are required to purchase a mandatory meal plan. UNIVERSITY TOWER First-year student community featuring a traditional residential experience, air conditioning and an attached bathroom in every resident room, fitness center, dining center on-site, and amenities designed to support first year student success. Residents in this hall are required to purchase a mandatory meal plan. TOWNHOMES Community for first-year, transfer, and upper class students featuring suite style living. Each unit is configured with a shared bedroom, private bedroom in select units, semi-private courtyard, full kitchen, living room, private bath, laundry, and a private entrance. RIVERWALK APARTMENTS Community for primarily upper class and transfer students; however some first-year students reside in the Riverwalk Apartments. Features include private bedrooms, full kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms, and laundry within each unit. PARK PLACE Community for first-year, transfer, and upper class students featuring suite style living with shared and private bedroom options, fitness center, swimming pool (seasonal), private bathrooms in each unit, and monthly payment options. On-Campus Living Features Include Resident Assistants (RA) Social and Academic Programs Fully Furnished Living Units ALL Utilities Included Cable TV and High Speed Internet Over 150 Leadership Opportunities FREE Laundry Resident-Only Computer Labs Residential Based Learning Communities (RBLC) Students applying to live on-campus can request assignment to an RBLC where they can gain access to expanded academic support, connect with faculty and staff within their academic program, and access resources specific to their academic endeavors. RBLCs vary by building so checkout the website for details and information on how to be considered for one of these premier spaces.
