Vail is world renowned for it light powder
and extensive terrain
If you want an unforgettable early winter
vacation you have to come to Vail. Only
once in the last ten years have we not been
able to ski any of the famous bowls of
China, Mongolia, Siberia, or Blue Sky. In
addition, your lift pass also allows you to ski
the CO resorts of Beaver Creek,
Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe
Basin. Join us for a hassle free ski break
with colleagues and friends; the club will
take care of the rest!

Accommodation:
Luxurious Manor Vail Lodge (condo)
- Two bedroom, three bath and kitchenette.
- Hot breakfast daily; Lounge
- Walk to Golden Peak, lift 3, and the bars
and shops of Vail Village;
- Spa, hot tub, fitness room, steam room,
outdoor heated pool
Ground transportation:
To and from Denver approx. 2.5 hrs.
Air:
Depart Dec 10 from DCA on Frontier
Airlines 721 at 8 a.m. – 10.00 a.m.
Return on Dec 16 from Denver on Frontier
Airlines 718 at 11.40 a.m. – 4.55 p.m.
Price for accommodation, air, transfers
and gratuities:
$1240 per person, double occupancy;
air fare will increase after October 3.

Payment Schedule:
Deposit to secure space: $740 by
September 1, 2014
If we do not have adequate number of
participant signed up by this date we have to
reduce or cancel the trip.
Balance payable by October 3, 2014.
Note: Active 2014/15 membership is required
for all participants in order to confirm a
reservation. The Club reserves the right to pass
on increases in airline/taxes surcharges.

Cancellation Policy:
On or before September 15: $200 penalty
Cancellation on or after October 3: refund
only if a substitute is found. The Club will
assist in finding a substitute.
