2nd Intake for Certificate in Practical Youth Ministry (CPYM) Venue: SU Training Office 7 Armenian Street, #03-06, Bible House, Singapore 179932 Time: 7.30pm – 10.00pm Closing Date for Registration: Friday, 23 Jan 2015 COURSE FEES: 1. Full Certificate fee: $690 per participant. $100 discount for the first 10 participants who register before Friday, 9 January 2015. $30 graduation fee payable upon successful completion of course. 2. Single topic: $50 per participant 3. 2D/1N Retreat (Compulsory) REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DETAILS: I. Registration is on a “first-come-first-served” basis. II. Registration is subjected to only 20 vacancies per subject/module/entire certification course. III. Confirmation of registration is subjected to full payment. IV. There will be no refund whatsoever for withdrawals. Registration is however transferable but SU Singapore must be notified 3 working days prior to the course commencement. V. Payment by cash to be made at SU Singapore’s office during office hours from Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm VI. Confirmation of attendance is subjected to receipt of registration form before the closing date (or post-dated) with payment and issuance of official receipt, followed by email acknowledgement to participant. Faxed forms or phone-bookings will not be guaranteed a place. b. Please be punctual in order not to miss out on key teachings. c. Relevant ministry resources will be sold during the training on a Cash basis only. d. Scripture Union Singapore reserves the right to change the dates where necessary. e. The following criteria must be fulfilled by every participant who is pursuing the full CPYM: Minimum 75% attendance and active participation in every module; Hands-on Practicum, which includes ministry at mission schools (2 hrs); churches (6 hrs); Youth/Children Holiday Trek Programme during the Jun/Dec school holidays (4D/3N) and SU Youth Leadership Camp in end November (3D/2N).
