PRESENTED ON OCTOBER 19TH 2014---------NOTICE OF MOTION
The Management Team wishes to give a Notice of Motion that at the next regular meeting of the Probus
Club of Chilliwack, which will be held on November 18 th, that ARTICLE VI – FINANCIAL (b) will be
amended by adding in the second sentence, Dining Out Chair and Past President.
After amendment Article VI – Financial (b) will read:
(b) The Treasurer shall receive, record and deposit all funds of the Club in a bank, credit union or
trust company approved by the Management Committee. Signatories for cheques shall be any
two of the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Dining Out Chair and Past President.
