community. Call Kristen for more information or stop by the store for details. Remember, all the

November 5th, Wednesday

Community Event: American Diabetes Association Healthy Living Expo,
5:30-7pm
Kristen is excited to partner with the ADA again this year for their 16th
Annual Community Forum. She will be at the Holiday Inn on Wolf road
kicking off Diabetes Awareness Month to host an educational table.

In Store Event: FREE Glucose Screening, 10am-2pm
Location: ShopRite of Colonie
The ShopRite of Colonie is happy to offer our customers a FREE in store
glucose screening. This event will be store wide with healthy food
sampling, recipes, coupons and a raffle prize for one lucky customer!
Kristen and Amanda Nolan, your ShopRite Pharmacist, will be on hand
for questions and advice. No fasting or appointment is required.

Community Event: CBA Parents Association Presentation, 7-8pm
Kristen is excited to visit a local community school to present to the
parents on healthy eating.

Community Event: NYS DOT Health Fair, 10am-12:30pm
Kristen is honored to be back this year supporting the town of
Bethlehem’s New York State Department of Transportation Health Fair.
November 14th, Friday
Community Event: Lisha Kill Middle School Career Day, 8:45-11:30am
Kristen is excited to support a school in her community by presenting at
this year’s Career Day at Lisha Kill Middle School.
November 15th, Saturday
Community Event: Vent Fitness, Guilderland, 1-3pm
Kristen is happy to partner with the local communities gym, Vent
Fitness. She will present on good nutrition and provide a cooking

Kristen is excited to partner with the Capital District Center for
Independence. She will present on nutrition for diabetes and sample a
healthy snack.
