2014 Tree Lighting
APPLICATION TERMS and CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions shall apply. Violation of any of theses shall cancel this
permit.
1. This permit does not allow subletting of space nor is it transferable
2. The vendor accepts full responsibility for all liabilities for damages to person or property
arising out of his/her use occupancy of these premises.
3. The Perkasie Olde Towne Association and the Borough of Perkasie will not be
responsible for any loss by theft, fire or accident.
4. The cost of the inspection fees are to be borne by the vendor.
5. The applicant shall not interfere with other exhibitors by activity beyond the spaces
rented or by nuisances such as excessive volume on a public address system, music, etc.
6. The Perkasie Olde Towne Association reserves the right to cancel or deny any
application by refunding the deposit and indicating the reason for the cancellation or
denial. Checks returned NSF will automatically cancel permit.
7. The POTA reserves the right to assign space location, and will take into account the
preference, if any, of the vendor.
8. The applicant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Perkasie Olde Towne
Association and the Borough of Perkasie, including but not limited to, claims arising out
of construction, operations, maintenance, supervision, inspection or use of any grounds in
the Borough of Perkasie.
9. A certificate of insurance is required of all vendors and must be submitted with this
application. The minimum insurance amount of $1,000,000 coverage is required. The
additional insured on the certificate must include the Perkasie Olde Towne Association.
10. The vendor space is 14 ft. wide by 10 ft. deep and is subject to change by the Perkasie
Olde Towne Association.
