PROSEP, LTD. SEQUENTIAL SIMULATED MOVING BED Six (6) 12” diameter CPVC fixed columns, piping and valves, PLC control and measurement. Fully automated feed, desorbent, extract, and raffinate. Operation at 60o C and 8 Bar. SIX-BED ION EXCHANGE SYSTEM 12” diameter IX columns with merry-goround service and regeneration of the three pairs of cation-anion units. Units are rubber lined steel tanks, stainless steel and PP lined piping and valves. Automated operation of flow control and indication; operation 8 Bar, 60o C , and regeneration with HCl and NaOH. A-B PanelView graphic touchscreen communicates to an A-B CompactLogix Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). PLC controls all valves and pumps on the system; monitors alarm conditions and process flow control. Interlock signal can go to customer’s DCS via Ethernet. PROSEP, LTD.
