Relays – Under 10 and Under 12 4x50 Free and Medley Relays
Two swimmers may swim up for Relay. At least two swimmers must be swimming in the correct
age group for the relay to be accepted.

Entries will only be accepted by POST. Please do not give them to committee members or leave
them at the venue. Entries received in any other manner will not be accepted.
All entries must bear the school stamp and include full payment

Medals will be awarded for 1 , 2 and 3 in each Age Group on a Heat
Declared Winner Basis (HDW). The 7-9 age group will be separated for medals.
Timing:
Electronic timing and Hytek Meet manager software will be used
Check in:
Any withdrawals should be made as soon as possible, up to 45 minutes before the start of gala.
Facilities:
Parking and Catering will be available at the venue.
Separate seating area will be available in the main hall

All swimmers competing at this event must have met the minimum qualification standard as
attached on the order of events.

Qualifications: Irish Minor Schools Swimming Championships – 8 February 2015
All swimmers qualifying for this event MUST register at the reception and submit their entry form
along with entry fees at this competition. Late entries will not be accepted. Qualifying athletes
will be marked on the results sheets posted at the event. Qualification times are noted on the
order of events

year.

All entries to Irish Minor Schools must be made on the day of the event.
Entries will not be accepted after this time. Entry forms are available in
the Programme on the day of competition.
Information with regards to the competition including entry sheets will be placed
on the website prior to the event. Please check the website regularly to ensure
you are aware of any information that has been made available.
When entry sheets are placed on line, please check your swimmer is entered
correctly. Any changes to information should be made in advance where
possible.
