MINI VINNIES are invited to attend Saturday
evening’s 6:30pm mass ( 22 November) at Mother
of Good Counsel Church in support of the St
Vincent de Paul Society members and to praise
and give thanks to God for all the blessings we have received and
the good we have been able to achieve as members of this worthy
cause.
Thank you to all the Mini Vinnies who have been regular
supporters each month, of this particular Eucharistic celebration
with their presence, prayers and their singing voices. Thank you
staff and parents for supporting the students in their endeavours.
St Elizabeth of Hungary...
St Elizabeth was a young mother who also cared for the need in Hungary.
We pray for young mothers. Hear our prayers, O God, for mothers care for
their children and work for a better world. Give them strength. Through Christ
our Lord. Amen.
Lower School Liturgies…
Thank you Fr Kerry, parents, grandparents and extended family for supporting
the children in their combined class liturgies at Mother of Good Counsel
Church, yesterday and today.
Thank you teachers for the singing preparation.

Sacrament of Baptism Primary
School Age or older…
If your child is not baptised and is asking questions
about God and the Catholic faith, then perhaps having
your child/ children baptised is something you would
like to discuss as a family, with our Parish Priest
Father Kerry. From Year 4, the Parish offers a
Sacramental
Program
where
children
commence instructions to prepare them to receive the
Sacraments of Reconciliation, Confirmation and
Eucharist.
So if your primary school age child/children would like
to be baptised into the Catholic Faith, a program is
being developed to assist in this process.
Expressions of interest need to be registered with the
Parish Office Ph: 40616633
