Essential starters House made salmon rillettes $20 per 200g House made duck rillettes $32 per 250g Cornichons $16 per 190g - Flatbread $16 per 250g Cooked Mains House made beetroot & vodka cured ocean trout platter served with soft fresh herbs & crème fraiche $40 per 500g or $75 per kg Roasted Atlantic salmon side (approx. 1.5kg) pistachio & fennel crust, fennel, parsley & red onion salad, tzatziki, burnt limes serve cold - $150 per side Blood orange, maple & allspice glazed whole double smoked ham (approx. 6-8kg) with traditional cloves, cloth & ribbon handle. Includes fruit chutney. $45 per kg Fennel & black pepper porchetta with crispy salt crackling (approx.2kg) brined & stuffed with sourdough, cranberry, macadamia & rosemary OR quinoa, sour cherries, sage & toasted almonds. Includes apples sauce and gravy. GF - $180 (half size available) - $90 Orange, fennel & black pepper crusted tenderloin of beef (medium rare) – grass fed (approx. 2.2kg) roasted and served with mustard and dried orange slices $190 (half size available) - $95 Citrus, juniper & bay brined turkey breast (approx. 2.3kg) stuffed with sourdough, sage, pistachio & apricot OR quinoa, sour cherries, sage & toasted almonds GF, served sliced to be eaten cold.
