Terms & Conditions
Reservations
Bookings for our Christmas programme may be made via telephone or email. We will hold a
provisional booking for 10 days before a deposit is required. Bookings will not be guaranteed until a
deposit is paid. Please check that your booking is either for the Brasserie or Consort Banqueting Suite.
Deposits
£5.00 lunch times, £20.00 Christmas Day & New Year s Eve, £10.00 at all other times. Deposits are per person.
Deposits are NON refundable. The booking form must be completed when your deposit is paid.
Payments
Full payments are required four weeks prior to the event. We are unable to accept payments on the day
for these events. Attention is drawn to the fact that: full payment will be charged for nonattendance or
reduced numbers after this time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation prior to the event all monies are non-refundable & non-transferable. No shows on the
day/night payments cannot be transferred to cover food or drink for other guests. In the event of
extreme weather conditions we would offer to transfer to an alternative date.
Smoking
Best Western Consort Hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel.
Damage
Any wilful damage by guests will be charged for. Best Western Consort Hotel cannot be held responsible for
damage, loss or another person s property or injury to any person however caused.
Accommodation
Must be con rmed by email or credit card. Bookings will not be guaranteed until a deposit is paid.
Refunds
Please note; party bookings are the responsibility of the respective organiser. We regret that refunds cannot
be made for either deposits or for full payments or for non attendance.
Vegetarian & special dietary requirements are available with a pre order.
We reserve the right to alter or cancel events, venues & menus when circumstances are unforeseen.
Please ensure that your booking is correctly attributed to either The Consort Banqueting Suite or The Brasserie.
If the event advertised entertainment is unable to attend we will endeavour to replace with a similar act.

The Brasserie
Suited to more intimate gatherings. Best Western Consort Hotel s Brasserie can accommodate
25 to 75 for a formal meal or up to 100 for an informal buffet. The Brasserie has its own private bar
and lounge area, providing the perfect place to relax.
The Consort Banqueting Suite
Offers stylish interior design & furnishings in a relaxed environment. The Consort Banqueting Suite
can accommodate from 65 for a formal meal to up to 350 for an informal evening buffet.
The Consort Banqueting Suite boasts its own large private dance oor, great for dancing in to the
early hours. A stage ideal for bands or presentations. A catwalk is also available for fashion shows
and a large lounge and bar area for guests to have pre dinner drinks or unwind during the evening.
