Exhibit Fee
The $2000 table fee includes:
One six-foot draped table with three chairs
A uniform, one-line card with your company's name
Meeting registration for up to three (3) company representatives, including conference materials and meal tickets
Additional Registrants
Three company representatives in addition to the three included with the exhibit fee may register for the meeting at the nonmember rate. These additional registrants should submit an individual registration form (print or online; available in late
December), and write "Tech Tables" and the company name on the form.
Any additional representatives beyond the six described above are eligible to register only if they meet attendance requirements
(must be a veterinarian, an AASV member, or an invited speaker). Standard fees apply.
Table Assignments
Table assignments will be provided at the meeting in the registration materials of the company representatives. Preferential table
sites are reserved for members of the AASV 2015 Industry Support Council. All other tables are assigned on an equitable basis.
Set-Up
Monday, March 2, 7:00 - 9:00 am
As in the past, material presented at the table is limited to scientific, educational information that will best inform swine
veterinarians about your company's products and services. Booths, overhead or stand-up banners, and large tabletop displays are
not permitted, nor is selling of product from the tables. This modest approach to the exhibit provides a level playing field for all
participants and allow the event to focus on education and information, in keeping with the nature of the meeting.

The registration form and $2000 payment must be received by November 3, 2014 to ensure the listing of your company name in

Refund Policy
AASV will refund payment in full if a written request for cancellation is received by January 9, 2015. Cancellations made after
this date will result in forfeiture of payment unless the space is purchased by an unconfirmed applicant.
