Dear Parents,
Choose your own parents’ evening appointment online
We have an online booking system for Parents’ Evenings and your evening is on
Thursday 15th January 2015 for all students in Year 11.
Here’s what you need to do.
Go to: http://www.parents-booking.co.uk/stowmarket
Here you will see which appointments are available and be able to select one that is
convenient for you.
You will need:
Your child’s first name and legal surname
Your child’s date of birth
Your child’s Tutor Group – see below.
The system is live TODAY! You can book for Parents’ Evenings as soon as you get
this letter. There is a short guide for you with this letter which explains the 3 simple
steps to making appointments.

Troubleshooting Tips - Read before Booking!
· The child’s date of birth has to be entered in exactly the right format e.g. using four digits
for the year of birth - 12/01/1999
· Where it says ‘child’s register class’, you need to put in the code from this letter, such as
11SE and not the teacher’s name.
· The email address you enter is only to get a confirmation of your appointment. If the
system is saying it does not recognise you, it will not be the email address that is the
problem as the system does not hold your email address; try the tips above.
If you are unable to book at home, please contact school on 01449 613541 and a member of
staff will help you.
