Evaluation and Treatment of
Hip and Pelvis Dysfunction
A Hands-On Approach Integrating the Spine, Hip, and Pelvis for Optimal Outcomes
Expert clinicians understand that freedom of movement is the key to pain free and maximal function. The hip and
pelvis act as a critical crossroads in transferring power from the lower to the upper extremities. Effective total body
function requires ease of movement through this important core area. Therapists must be able to efficiently assess
and treat individuals in various phases of hip and pelvic dysfunction in order to improve functional outcomes.
This workshop engages multi-disciplinary practitioners with proven manual therapy, neuromuscular and
myofascial techniques and justifies their use in the treatment of hip and pelvic dysfunction. This workshop
integrates all aspects of treatment to provide a start to finish approach for patient/clients in all phases of rehab
with special focus on targeted application of neuromuscular control exercises ensures whole body functional
gains. Progressing from an efficient evaluation method, participants will learn a wide variety of myofascial
mobilization, neuro re-education, and strength training techniques providing a complete, start to finish approach
for patients in all phases of rehabilitation.
