Through the study of the contrast the primary focus of this project was to dimensional objects onto the [email protected]
between geometric and organic objects, translate direct observations of three- dimensional picture plane.
Each

student employed the value scale with
the use of graphite pencil while
accurately depicting their perceptions
using negative space in order to closely
describe each object within the
composition.
They
also
gained
experience using drawing techniques
that helped them better describe both
smooth and textural objects.
At US Art Center, we believe the
importance of having a strong
foundation in the basic principles and
skills of art for students, also we focus
on building observation skills and their
capability of expressing what students
see from life in their drawings. Please
