*W/S Coordinator/Risk Assessor: This position coordinates all the water safety, they have a list
of names for each water safety shift and ensure that the water safety is rotated, this includes the
IRBs. They also assess the conditions in the water and monitor how long the events take and
advise the sectional if a course change may be needed and where water safety is best
positioned.
#Runner/Counter: This position is a person that liaises between the starter and the
judges/recorder. They count the number on the start line and take this information to the
judges and recorders. They also count the number out of the water and ensure all
competitors are on their way back to shore and accounted for prior to the next race
starting.
