qualified medical person. I hereby acknowledge that I will abide by the rules of BMXSA for the conducting of this event and its related activities and also any particular rules
of the BMXSA Affiliated Club. I hereby acknowledge that I will have sole responsibility for my personal possessions and equipment during the event and its related activities. I
hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the circumstances of injury, accident and/or illness during the event. I hereby consent to the
publication of or use in any form of media whatsoever of my name, image, statements or otherwise in any content pertaining to the event or otherwise before, during or after
the event whether for advertising, promotion or otherwise. It is a condition of entry that all eligible riders agree to be drug tested and conform to the regulations and
procedures as laid down by the relevant testing agency. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE REGULATIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RESULT IN THE RECORDING OF A
POSITIVE TEST RESULT AND PENALTIES WILL APPLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH BMXA ANTI-DOPING POLICY.
WARNING: The sport of BMX can be inherently dangerous such that serious accidents can happen which may result in risks of personal injury and/or
property damage. Competitors in this event do so at their own risk and on an acceptance of the inherent risks involved in the sport of BMX racing.

Three (3) Motos & Finals or 4th Moto
Transfers and scoring will be determined
by UCI 6.1.017 & 6.1.018
Where there are less than 8 competitors
in a class, a fourth moto will be run in
place of finals. (ARA Section 4E.4i)

Awards
All riders including Pro must compete in
4 out of 5 rounds to qualify for series
awards. Awards will be calculated over
best 4 of 5 results with awards given 18.

Notice
It is the riders’ responsibility:
1. To check if an entry has been
received. Ezeventing will only display the
entries received online
2. To ensure they register, check moto
sheets, attend staging on time and ride
in their correct moto.

SA Clubs 2015 RRR Race Series event is a series of 5 race meetings
Each host club will receive $2 for each entry
A rider entered in 14+ Money Class cannot enter a 20” Age Voucher Class
5. 14+ Pro Male riders will be expected to ride the pro straight
6. Age Determination - Year of Birth - Age at 31 December 2015. No riding up allowed
7. No entries on the day are accepted, except for 14+ Money classes
8. Points for the series will be based on the riders end of day placing, after all motos,
qualifiers and finals have taken place
9. All Challenge, Cruiser & 14+ Money Awards will be awarded at the end of the Series
10.No refunds without a medical certificate
11.If racing is washed out or cancelled due to hot weather policy, points will count from
completed motos and maximum points allocated from the remaining moto(s)
12.Three (3) riders constitute a class
13.Meeting formats – 3 motos and finals
14.Current allocated plate number must be used. Regulation plate and number colours apply
to all participants and competitors
15.In the event of a tie on the day, the tie breaker will be the rider's best finish in the
preceding qualifiers. In the event of a tie in the series, the tie breaker will be rider who
achieved the highest number of end of day placings (which rider finished more rounds 1st,
which rider finished more rounds 2nd and so on)
16.To gain series points at a round, riders must have entered, registered and ridden at least
one moto
17.Riders who fail to register will not be included in moto draw.
18. Riders will be held accountable for the actions of their parents, team managers and any
other persons in their company at a BMX competition or event. Any misconduct on the part
of any of these persons may, at the discretion of a Race Commissaire or Race Director,
result in the disqualification or suspension of the rider and the removal of the offending
persons from the track area

The personal information that you provide to us on this form will be kept private and
confidential. Only authorised people will be allowed access to this information and it will only be
used for the primary purpose of registering you and for conducting BMX race meetings. We may
provide this information to our partners only in conjunction with and for the purpose of conducting
BMX race meetings. For example, we may provide information to Union Cyclist Internationale
(UCI), BMX Australia (BMXA), other registered BMX Associations or Clubs in Australia. If you
provide incomplete or inaccurate information, we may not be able to register you correctly or
assess correctly your ability to compete in races or it may impinge on our ability to render medical
treatment, if necessary, as a result of a racing accident. We will only keep your personal
information for as long as it is needed. If your personal information is no longer needed for the
purpose it was collected for, we will destroy it. If you believe that the privacy of your personal
information has been compromised, you are entitled to complain to our privacy officer who will
objectively and impartially assess your complaint.
