This experiential one day workshop will actively explore the essential elements of writing
an academic essay. It is designed to be accessible for students at both undergraduate
and postgraduate levels. It is ideal for those students wishing to enhance their academic
abilities when embarking upon training or those seeking to refresh/improve existing
academic skills.

In addition to facilitating the Academic Writing Skills Workshops, Ambika is the
Programme Leader for the Foundation Access Course. She is also a guest
lecturer on the in MSc Person-Centred Psychotherapy and Counselling. Her
special interests include relational depth research, diversity (within and with
others), the embodied process and creatively exploring how the art of therapy can be translated
into words.
