With your 3-month service commitment and $750 pre-payment
in-trust to the Municipality of Middlesex, before April 30, 2015,
your home will be added to the construction list. When 60% of the select area homes have signed up, we will begin
construction.
Upon implementation, the in-trust funds will be used towards
your introductory phone, internet and TV package for the first 3
months of service.
