Dry rubbed with ResQ-BBQ Beef Brisket Rub (blend of 10 spices) and slow smoked for 10+ hours over hickory wood. Creates a beautiful pink
smoke ring and a dark outer bark. Each whole Brisket starts out at 12-13 lbs. and will finish between 6-8 lbs.
