Government Polytechnic, Amravati was established in
the year 1955 and has been awarded academic autonomy by
Govt. of Maharashtra in 1995. The institute is situated in the heart
of the city covering 25 hectares of area. The institute is about 12
km from Badnera railway station and at a distance of 02 km from
Amravati railway station and Amravati Bus Station. The institute
offers eight Diploma Courses viz. Civil, Mechanical, Electrical,
Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer, Information
Technology, Plastic & Polymer and Pharmacy.

Objective of the competition is to generate awareness
among the students – to use library and internet for collecting
latest information about the development in Civil Engineering, to
come up with new ideas and solutions, to conduct investigation,
and to express ideas verbally in front of audience and in writing,
able to use his acquired knowledge for civil engineering works.

Accommodation will also be provided to only
Ladies Staff or one of the parents accompanying the
girl participant.
Travelling Expenses
Travelling Expenses will be paid to the
student participants limited to S.T.Bus fare
(excluding Asiad or Luxury Bus) or Railway Second
Class fare.
