RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering this competition, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all rules
and regulations imposed by the USTPA pertaining to this event or competition including, but not limited to the
mandatory show fee payment policy displayed at the show secretary desk and the rules of the host facility and/or
grounds. Further, you acknowledge that you understand that horse activities, including shows, are high risk
sports and involve inherently dangerous risks of serious injury and death. You are participating in this horse
show at your own risk and your participation indicates your acknowledgement to release and hold harmless
the USTPA, its officers, directors, officials, agents, employees and volunteers from any liability for acts or
omissions resulting in accidents, damage, death, injury or illness to yourself or your property including your
horse(s). Further, you agree to indemnify the USTPA, its officers, directors, officials, agents, employees and
volunteers from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entries as a result of your actions
or the actions of your horse during this event. See state’s regulations of equine activity producer limitations
of liabilities for more information.

Fairgrounds Stalls must be reserved in advance at time of

stalls. Stalls include 1 bag of shavings.
Shavings are limited so you may
bring your own bedding.

Pet Restrictions JeffCo: Dogs must be on a leash with tags.
Handler responsible for clean-up. Law
enforcement will be called on loose dogs.
No dogs allowed at NWSS Coliseum.
Required Horse Current EIA/Coggins
Health Documents Health Certificate within 30 days.
Exhibitors going to the Coliseum are required to wear a NWSS Badge.
Badges can be purchased for $40 at the USTPA show office.
