Morning Mindfulness
Would you like to relax, de-stress and increase the focus of your mind
before writing an exam? Join us for morning mindfulness in the wellness
room (aka staff room) during the exam break from 8:00-8:25. Drop-in
sessions will be held throughout the exam period. No experience
necessary; all are welcome. (Jan, 13th to 29th )
