My Recent Experience Includes a year of proposal coordination experience, with over six months as federal
sector proposal coordinator with Iron Mountain Government Services (IMGS), and five months of private sector
proposal coordination, domestic and international, with Verisign Inc.
Since 1990: I support proposal customers of all sizes and stages of development, including major companies
during periods of transition due to acquisition, rapid growth, complex partnerships, or standards-driven
corporate change. Experienced and comfortable in diversity and multicultural environments, and with
international customers.
Tools: Experienced with FTP, SharePoint, Documentum, DropBox, Acronis ActivEcho, Privia, and The BCI

Accomplishments as Proposal Developer, Private and Public Sectors
Coordinated proposal and process development and improvement for Iron Mountain Government Services
(IMGS), November 2009 into June 2010, and for Verisign Inc. from August through December 2012.
• Coordinated, edited, wrote for, and produced proposals during periods of companies’ marketing growth,
increased proposal output, process improvement, and departmental change.
• Wrote and edited for international customers in Northern Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.
• Coordinated winning recompete and original bids for Iron Mountain. Verisign results are still pending as
of spring 2013.
• Researched, edited, updated, and wrote non-proposal marketing materials for both companies.
Coordinated Iron Mountain’s successful bid for MOBIS certification.
• Updated, organized, and maintained proposal repositories in SharePoint for IMGS and Verisign.
• Established, improved, and maintained review and quality processes and procedures, including roles and
responsibilities, milestones, requirements, actions, desired outcomes, and follow-ups.

• Reorganized and rewrote a major BPR report for HUD's Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO).
• Edited and QC/QA'ed complex 4G LTE broadband contract documents, including technical, performance,
governance, management and legal issues, for Lightsquared partnered with Nokia Siemens Networks.
• Edited and QA’ed a 100-plus-page Stage 2 Risk Assessment summary report for USAID and the Rwandan
Ministry of Health.
• Edited a 100-page data, video, and voice communications Technical Master Plan for the Department of
Homeland Security (DHS) at St. Elizabeth's.

• Proposal, Task Order, and Major RFP Work: Bids, ID/IQ and task order (TO) work for DDoS
mitigation, Internet infrastructure and security, records management and digitization, secure WANs, IT
systems development, declassification, law enforcement and security, intelligence, DoD, and commercial
