The training will be given in
the Laurentian mountains
1.5 hours north of Montreal in
a beautiful yogic retreat center.
Driving: NYC to Montreal is 7 hrs
by car. To St Lucie 8.5 hrs by car.
By Air Travel: Arrive at the
Trudeau Montreal Airport (code
YUL). You will be picked up and
driven to the training site.

Arrival and Registration 3:00-6:00pm.
Evening meal at 6:00pm
• Friday 16 – Sunday 18
9:30am-1:00pm, 3:15-7:00pm
• Monday 19 9:00am-1:00pm
