The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural
Resources (DCNR), Bureau of Recreation and Conservation, is
offering a workshop to prepare applicants to meet the requirements of our Community Conservation Partnerships Program
(C2P2). Each year, the grant program typically opens in mid
January and closes in mid April. This workshop will assist
community leaders, consultants, board members, and park and
recreation professionals interested in learning about resources
available to plan, acquire, and construct public recreation and
conservation areas in their communities. At this FREE workshop,

Warren Owl Prowl – Warren (Adult and Youth) - Who-who-who’s there? Owls are often heard but rarely seen. Join local birder and nature photographer Steve
Dowlan to call for and actually see one of the mysterious and elusive “night shifts” of the bird community. The evening will include a brief discussion of owl natural history. We
will then walk quietly and call for several owl species to bring an owl into view. The site will be close to Warren, with flat, easy trails clear of vegetation. Bring binoculars, good
