Circuit-style boot camp for adults 35+.
Cardio Circuit 55+
Strengthen, tone and burn calories on a dynamic gym circuit led by a certified instructor.
Cardio Gym
Work out on your own. A gym attendant will be available to give a basic introduction on the
operation of equipment (treadmill, bike, elliptical trainer, rower).
De-Stress Yoga
Breathing techniques and restorative postures calm the nervous system and leave you feeling
rejuvenated. Give yourself the gift of 'me time'. *Registered program.
Fusion 3
An empowering blend of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Strengthen your body, work your core,
abdominals and back, improve your flexibility and reduce stress. *Registered program.
Keep Fit for 60+
Low intensity cardio in a 45-minute class. Go at your own pace and enjoy the benefits of
keeping fit. Some strength training included.
Nordic Stride Club
A dynamic walking club for experienced walkers. White Rock Leisure Services Membership is
