2. Pre-Bid Meeting held on 16-January-2015 (Friday) at 11:00 A.M in EESL office.
The following amendment/ clarification to above mentioned RfP is hereby authorized:1. FOR:
Mode of Tendering/ Procedure for Submission of Bid/RIP: Manual Mode/ Hard Copy of offer
is invited.
READ AS:
ENERGY EFFICIENCY SERVICES LIMITED has decided to do procurement of SELF
BALLASTED 7W LED BULBS against subject tender through e-tendering. Any bid/ offer
received through Manual Mode/ Hard Copy will be summarily rejected without any
correspondence with the bidder.
From, now onwards this NIT is available on website /mos: / /eesIseoroc.irs and bidders can
registered themselves by payment of one time registration fee of Rs. 5000/- through DD in favour
of ' Energy Efficiency Services Limited, Noida' on above website httos://eesheoroc.in and
submit the DD after registration with the print out of registration confirmation page and covering
letter.
