OrisTel Appointed Regional Sales Partner by Coriant

Singapore, 2 December 2014 — Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited (ST
Electronics) announced today that its telecom systems integration arm, OrisTel
Systems Pte Ltd (OrisTel), has been appointed by Coriant as a regional sales partner
for the distribution of its smart router and packet optical networking products to
telecom service providers, data centre operators, financial services industry, and
government and enterprise customers in the Asia Pacific region.
OrisTel will leverage the synergies derived from ST Electronics’ extensive customer
base and Coriant’s high-performance, coherent 100G+ transport solutions and
software-defined, optical layer intelligence to deliver high-speed next generation
networks that cater to a new generation of dynamic services and applications in the
region.
