States patented push connect technology for use in fluid handling, fire
suppression, electrical, HVAC, compressed air, and inert gases.

regardless of the type of substance

Advanced Technology
Unlike conventional soldering methods, push to connect technology
doesn’t require technical knowledge
or skilled labor to make a water-tight
connection. Installers simply push it
on to create a permanent connection
in a few seconds.

the user with low insertion forces and

In fact, our connection holding
strength is tested up to 10 times the
normal installation forces. This all

Product Approvals and
Certifications
Quick Fitting’s push to connect
fittings, valves and controls are
independently tested and certified up
to 200 PSI (13.79 BAR) at temperatures up to 200° F (93°C).
Our technology can be used in a
wide variety of applications such as
plumbing, potable water, heating,
irrigation, solar, fire protection, electrical conduit and inert gases. Our
push to connect plumbing fittings
and valves connect easily to copper,
PEX and CPVC tubing without the
mess and extra tools required by
older plumbing connection methods.

QFM Project Scope
About the Investment
Quick Fitting Manufacturing Company “QFM” is seeking debt financing
totaling $20 million USD to create a
state-of-the-art manufacturing facility
in the state of Rhode Island utilizing
EB-5 investment provided through
the Rhode Island EB-5 Regional
Center.
RI Funding Group, LLC was established with the sole purpose to fund
Quick Fitting Manufacturing with
secured loans to finance its ongoing
operations using capital generated
by the RIEB-5 Regional Center EB-5
Visa program.
The proposed project will increase
production capacity in order to
accommodate the rapid growth of
Quick Fitting’s products in the North
American markets. With over 900%
growth in revenue from 2011 to
2014, QFM will complement the
ongoing demand and development
for push-to-connect products.
Job Creation - QFM’s project
is estimated to create over
650 permanent jobs!
QFM will become the exclusive U.S.
manufacturer and supplier of Quick
Fitting’s product lines manufactured
in the U.S.A.
Each investor will receive a 1.0%
equity stake in RI Funding Group,
LLC in exchange for their $500,000
initial investment. The sole purpose
of this entity is to provide 5-year term
financing to Quick Fitting Manufacturing, Inc. All investments will be
secured in the assets and intellectual
property of Quick Fitting Manufacturing, Inc. QFM projects investors will
receive their initial investment of
$500,000.00 USD at the end of the
note term; and
• 1.0% annual interest
• EB-5 Visa Green Card/s
