ADMISSION NOTICE FOR CLASS XI (SESSION 2015-2016)
FOR NATIONAL GEMS HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS
This is to inform you that for the academic year 2015-2016 provisional admission to Class
XI will have to be applied for online in the prescribed format.
Application forms will be available on the website www.nghss.org from 9th February 2015
to 13th February 2015 up to 4.00 pm.

GROUP ‘B’ – (SCIENCE WITH BIOLOGY)
(1) English,
(2) 2nd Language (Bengali/Hindi),
(3) Mathematics,
(4) Physics,
(5) Chemistry,
(6) Biology.
GROUP ‘C’ - (COMMERCE WITH MATHEMATICS)
(1) English,

FOR CLASS XI – SCIENCE WITH COMPUTER SCIENCE
Should have secured the following at the Pre-Final Examination:
Candidates must secure a minimum of 70% in each of the following subjects:
English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Computer Applications. And also a
minimum of 60% in History & Geography and Second Language.
FOR CLASS XI – SCIENCE WITH BIOLOGY
Should have secured the following at the Pre-Final Examination:
Candidates must secure a minimum of 70% in each of the following subjects:
English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
And also a minimum of 60% in History & Geography and Second Language.
FOR CLASS XI – COMMERCE WITH MATHEMATICS
Should have secured the following at the Pre-Final Examination:
Candidates must secure a minimum of 70% in English and Mathematics, and a minimum
of 60% in Science, History & Geography, Second Language and Computer
Applications/Commercial Applications.
Completed application forms (printout of form filled in online) with pay-in slip (School’s
copy) are to be submitted to the school office on either 16th February 2015 or 17th February
2015 between 1.00 pm and 4.00 pm along with the following documents.

Copy of birth certificate.
ATTESTED copies of class IX and X reports (Final Examinations only).
ATTESTED copies of certificates/awards for co-curricular activities received in
school.
NOTE:
- Photocopies of forms will not be accepted.
- Incomplete or incorrect forms will be considered invalid.
- Any changes made on the printed form will be considered invalid.
- Submission of form does not guarantee admission.
- Rs.1000/- only (non-refundable) per form will have to be paid at the time of
submission of the Application Form along with other relevant documents.
