Class 2: NZPCA 95cm
Dressage Test ESNZ A3 (2009)
EF $55+$10 Admin Fee. Prizes + rosettes to 6th
Class 3: NZPCA 80cm
Dressage Test ESNZ L1 (2009)
EF $50+$10 Admin Fee. Prizes + rosettes to 6th
Entries close Wednesday 14th January or when classes are full.
Late entries will incur a $20- late fee.

Entry fee includes start/area/ground fees plus a non-refundable admin fee of $10-.
Very limited overnight yards available @ $20- per horse, strictly allocated on a first entered
basis. Entries/yards will be accepted once payment is received.

Refunds-80% of the entry fee less admin fee of $10- up to 9am Thursday 29th January.
Refunds after this time will be at the discretion of the OC. In the case of event cancellation
due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds less $10- admin fee will be made.
Refreshments available on the grounds.
Run under NZPCA rules for eventing, (please ensure you are familiar with these rules)

Competitors are required to have a back number holder. Available from saddlery stores.
There will be a limited number available to loan with $30 bond.
Medical armbands are compulsory for SJ & XC and back protectors for XC.
Helmets must be NZPCA approved & have a blue tag attached for all phases, if required
please bring hat to the secretary for inspection before competition or risk elimination.
Under NZPCA rules all riders must complete a gear inspection prior to XC warm up, please
ensure you present yourself.
NO DOGS permitted on the grounds. No unofficial vehicles outside the parking areas.
Entry status, the draw/yarding and live results are available to view on
www.equestrianentries.co.nz , the draw will also be emailed to you.
Dressage and SJ to be held on the Saturday & XC to be run in back number order on Sunday.
