Entry Fee: $45.00 –covers ground fee, admin fees and increased medical/vet costs as per NZPCA rules.

Jump Judges – riders are to supply one non riding jump judge per family or pay $25 and a jump judge will be
provided to cover you. Name and contact number must be with entry.
All Tauranga Pony Club competing members MUST provide the name and phone number of a helper for during the
event, no exceptions given.
Gear and Safety Checks:
a. Gear Safety Inspections are to be compulsory in all phases (Dressage, Showjumping &
Cross Country) for levels NZPC 65 and NZPC 80
b. Gear Safety Inspections to be compulsory for Cross Country only at NZPC 95
and only needs to be undertaken at random for dressage and show jumping.
c. Gear Safety Inspections only needs to be undertaken at random from NZPC 105 and NZPC A1
Competition run under ESNZ rules for Eventing.
Pony Club approved safety helmets must be worn in all phases.
Medical armbands must be worn for both jumping phases.
A safety vest must be worn for cross country phase
All Pony Club members to wear correct Pony Club uniform – A1/DC/MT trialists ONLY can wear jackets with
shirt/tie or stock for dressage. All other competitors must wear long sleeves.
Adults to enter adult classes

Prize giving unmounted at conclusion of event, please be correctly dressed in full riding attire. Riders MUST be at
prizegiving to receive ribbons, they will not be posted by mail.
The organiser reserves the right to alter or amend the programme.
The course will be open for walking from 12.30pm Saturday 7th March 2015.
NO DOGS ALLOWED at McLaren Falls Equestrian Centre. This could lead to a $1,000 fine or elimination.
Tauranga Pony Club does not accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners,
riders, spectators, land, vehicles, their contents or any other personal property in any way whatsoever.
Refunds-80% of the entry fee will be refunded if notified up to 48 hours before the event with a vet/medical
certificate.
