Groups may be of any size and will be seated together at group tables
To make a booking simply decide on your date and your group size and then call us.
(we do not recommend groups smaller than six for this event)
A deposit of £10 per head is required to secure a booking
Deposits are not refundable or transferable
FINAL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED 28 DAYS PRIOR TO THE BOOKED DATE
For exclusive use of The Roffen Suite in the evenings the minimum payment is for 100 guests OR £1,000 deposit.
For exclusive use at lunchtimes the minimum payment is for 40 guests
For lunchtime bookings we provide a disco and dance music but not a live DJ (available at £200 extra)
UNLIMITED WINE OFFER
Unlimited HOUSE red and white wine will be served at the table
from when guests are called through for the meal and until the dessert is served.
In addition to wine guests may have unlimited soda water, coca cola, lemonade, and cordials.
PLEASE NOTE: We ask guests to drink responsibly and safely and work within the spirit of the offer.
We want everyone to have a good time BUT If we feel a guest is too drunk or is likely to become ill through
drinking too much wine then we will cease to serve that group. We will ask guests who become ill to leave the club.
TIMINGS
Evenings: 7.30 arrival for 8.00 meal service, disco closes at 00.30
(Sundays: 6.30 arrival for 7.00 meal service, disco closes at 11.30)
Lunchtime: 12.30 arrival for 1.00 meal service, guests depart 5.00
The Venue
The VENUE BAR is booked exclusively for your group of between 20 and 70
Minimum Food Charge - Fri/Sat £300 (equal to a buffet for 31, or snacks for 50), Otherwise £100
Room Hire Charge - Free to Roffen members. Non-members £100.
To make the booking you will be asked for a deposit of £150 for a Fri/Sat and £100 for other days.
Deposits are not refundable or transferable
FINAL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED 28 DAYS PRIOR TO THE BOOKED DATE
The Club Restaurant
The Restaurant can be booked as far in advance as you like to secure good dates.
A deposit of £10 per head will be required to secure a date.
Maximum seating 26. Largest single table 14. For exclusive use minimum 24 guests.
Deposits are not refundable or transferable
The actual a la carte menu for December will be available from early November
