Elopements
For those who do not want the stress and expense of a large wedding but still
wish to create storybook memories, we offer an intimate and elegant elopement
package with traditional amenities.
An intimate and elegant affair for two: $950
(Lodging, alcohol, taxes and gratuities not included)
Includes:
• A private wedding ceremony on our bridge over Bullskin Creek, on our round garden
terrace, in front of our terrace fountain, or in front of a roaring fire in our charming
living room
• Officiate to perform the ceremony
• Bouquet and boutonnière
• Hors d’oeuvres and champagne toast for two
• A wedding cake for two
• A five-course candlelit dinner in our elegant dining room
Up to 8 guests may attend the ceremony; however, additional dinner and
reception charges will apply.
Additional Elopement Items:
• Overnight accommodations in one of our romantic suites: $189-$409 per night
• Hors d’oeuvres and champagne toast for up to 8 guests: $35 per person
• Dinner (for up to 8 guests): $69.50 per person
$375 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking.
Prices do not include lodging, tax and gratuity (a 6% state tax and a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill).
Pricing will not be altered if items are removed from package.
Our Chef will create a prix fixe menu for the five-course gourmet dinner. A detailed list of dietary restrictions
will be needed when the reservation is confirmed.
Although use of common areas is permitted by wedding guests, you will not have exclusive use of the entire
property. We ask that you and your guests are courteous to others staying at the Hillbrook property.
