PLANNING
At Grand Street, your vision is our reality. We pride
ourselves on providing the highest quality of service.
From your initial consultation to your final walkthrough, our team of knowledgeable event managers
is with you every step of the way. From vendor
referrals to floor plan creation, our goal is to maximize
your evening.
TASTING
We offer a complimentary tasting to all of our couples
and two additional guests. We provide four entrées
and four appetizers of your choice. One of our event
coordinators will be there to assist you in the selection
of your menu. We suggest scheduling your tasting 3-4
months before your wedding date.
EXECUTION
Your day is here, and we are here for you. You can
expect the event space to open for your vendors at
9am. The space is yours the entire day. We will ensure
all details are in place while we await your arrival. Our
experienced staff will provide a full service
atmosphere, and our Chef will flawlessly execute your
first dinner as a family.
SEND OFF
Congratulations! We hope it was the best night of
your lives. You will get to thoroughly enjoy your entire
evening as our event staff cleans up after the night is
over. We will gather your decorations and hold them
until the next day. We just ask that you pick them up
at your earliest convenience.

YOUR INVESTMENT
The first step to planning your big day with us is scheduling a consultation and tour of our
Grand Ballroom. Pricing and other details vary based on the time of year.
General information is listed below.
Room Rental Fee- $1000- $3500
The room rental fee includes the space as well as all items listed on the previous page.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM- $5000-$15000
You’re able to customize your menu based on our catering menu. Food and beverage items include
h’orderves, dinner, desserts, and beverage packages purchased through Grand Street.
CEREMONY FEE- $500
The ceremony fee includes transitioning the room from ceremony to reception as well as 30 minutes of
additional event time.
CAKE CUTTING FEE- $100
Should you order your cake from our bakery, McLain’s, we would provide free delivery and free cake cutting
services.
Service fee- $1600- $2200
The service fee depends on the amount of staff members it takes to adequately execute your event. This fee
is determined based on a number of variables that your wedding coordinator will explain.
DepoSIT-
In order to secure your date, we require a signed contract and a deposit in the amount of your room rental
fee. The remaining balance is due 10 days in advance.
