Drink & Canapé
Receptions
We can organise a drinks reception to either follow your ceremony once you have taken your photographs,
or to welcome your guests at the beginning of your celebrations.
All of our suites have a private bar, offering a vast range of drinks. Our experienced waiting staff can greet
your guests to the room with a tray of drinks, followed by your selection of hot and cold canapés.
If you would like a small, intimate ceremony with your closest friends and family, a drink and canapé
reception will be an ideal way to celebrate your day.

The Ceremony
If you wish to exchange your vows at the venue, we offer the ultimate
opportunity for the football fan. For up to 50 guests, you can hold your
ceremony within West Ham’s Home Team Changing Room.
Alternatively, you can make use of any of our suites which are all licensed
for your ceremony, accommodating up to 600 guests.
After walking down the aisle, the happy couple and family can go pitchside
for exclusive wedding photographs.
We can organise or recommend everything you need for the ceremony,
including flowers, chair covers or a music player, but you will need to book
the Registrar to perform the ceremony.

The Wedding Breakfast
Along with providing an ideal venue, we also offer a range of wedding
packages to ease the organisation of your day. As detailed, all packages
offer a sit down three course dinner for your wedding breakfast and the
exclusive use of your function suite.
Each package offers a different menu, giving you the flexibility to upgrade
if you wish to.
Alternatively, if you have a family favourite or have a specific dish in mind,
we can tailor a menu to your liking in consultation with our Head Chef.
If you would prefer a less formal meal, we also offer a range of buffet
menus. Whether you prefer a light finger buffet or a selection of hot and
cold items, you can be sure that we have a menu to suit you.
The Evening Reception
Once your guests have passed on their congratulations and you have
finished your meal, your evening reception will commence.
Our Platinum Package includes a DJ and disco for you but your
personal co-ordinator can recommend a range of entertainers for your
evening reception.
We can set a dance floor within the room with some occasional seating to
help create the right atmosphere for your celebrations.
You are welcome to invite additional guests for the evening celebrations
and we have a range of buffet menus to offer them a bite to eat
throughout the night.

event spaces and experience of hosting all manner of Asian functions,
