Emma Warren, Curator of the Museum invite you to an informal look at how the town and

PRAYERS FOR THE WEEK
We pray for our world, our country and our local
community. We pray for those known to us and those
who are ill, recently bereaved, homeless, lonely, sad or
in difficulty and distress.
Please continue to pray especially for Elisabeth HOBBS,
Frank PONNIAH, Margaret WHEELTON and Mike &
Hazel O’DONOGHUE. Also for Pauline HILLIER
following a small operation on her foot this weekend.
Please pray for David LILLICRAP following the death of his sister Monica this week.
Following a week of distressing world-wide events, please pray for all those affected,
especially in the Middle East. Prayers for Persecuted Christians take place on the

Winnie REMNANT
‘It is with sadness that we announce the death of Winnie who
died peacefully in her sleep last weekend. Winnie has been a
member of the Church for 14 years and worshipped regularly
with us as well as being a member of the Songs of Praise, Food for
Thought and sometimes Penton Park congregations. We will
remember her sense of fun and humour! St. Peter’s was her
family. We will celebrate Winnie's life at 2pm on Wednesday
25th February and we hope that many of us from our various congregations will
be able to join together at her Funeral Service here at St. Peter’s, and come into the
Hall afterwards for refreshments, and share warm memories of Winnie!
ALPHA 2015 BEGAN last Monday ...
meeting at The Vicarage, 9 more weekly evenings include
‘Christianity – boring, untrue and irrelevant?’ ... ‘Who is
Jesus’ ... ‘Why did Jesus die?’ ... ‘How can I be sure of my
faith?’ We share a meal together, followed by a DVD and
coffee/chat, and would still welcome new (and old) faces to
join the group - come and meet new people and explore the

Our Electoral Roll 2015 revision commences next weekend 
We have lots of new members, please do make sure you complete and submit a
form to join our list this year! Annual Church Meeting is Tuesday 28th April.

Those who know ANNE DOLLERY, are warmly invited to her
INSTITUTION AND LICENCING. Do come along at 7.30pm on Wednesday 25th
February to St. Dunstan’s Church, St. Dunstan’s Road, FELTHAM, followed by a
reception in the Church. The church has arranged parking in a nearby local school.
At 11.00am on Saturday 28th February the Inauguration Ceremony for the new Bishop of
Guildford, the Rt Revd Andrew Watson takes place at Guildford Cathedral. Please pray.
Bishop Andrew will then preach for the first time at the Cathedral at the 9.45am Eucharist
on Sunday 1st March. The Bishop will be visiting Runnymede Deanery in April, and we
are hosting a service here at St. Peter’s Church to which all are invited at 8pm on Monday
20th April with refreshments afterwards in the Church Hall. Pop the date in your diary!
WOMEN’S WORLD DAY OF PRAYER
Praying for the Bahamas : 11.30am Friday 6th MARCH at
St. Peter’s Church followed by refreshments afterwards
in the Hall. Do come along to this special service.
Our special MOTHERING SUNDAY Service is at 10am on
Sunday 15th MARCH. Do come and receive a THANK YOU posy.
FOODBANK NEWS
As well as 500g bags of sugar, sponge puddings and tinned meat,
sweet biscuits, long-life milk and instant mash, FOODBANK warmly
welcome toiletries, loo rolls, small boxes of washing power and washing
up liquid. Please AVOID baked beans and tea, they have plenty of

2015 HOLIDAY CLUB takes place Monday 25th – Friday 31st JULY – make sure you book
