The
issue of Registration
Form
and its submission
completed in all respect for admission in the Class-I (for all categories
including SC/ST/OBC/PH) is scheduled as follows:-
Class-I
Date: 09.02.2015 to 10.03.2015
Time: 09:00A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
Class-II to IX (Subject to vacancy)
Date: 01.04.2015 to 13.04.2015
Time: 09:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
Registration forms are available free of cost and open to all
but admission is considered as per the priorities of categories
given in KVS Admission guidelines.
Parents desirous of admitting their children may
contact the office of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Bamangachi or visit the
website, www.kvbamangachLorg.in for further details.

TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF
REGISTRA TION
1. Attested Xerox copy of Birth certificate of the child issued by Notified Area Council!
Municipality / Municipal Corporation extract about the date of birth from records of
Village Panchayat, Military Hospital and service record of Defence personnel
2. Attested Xerox copy of caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) of child/either of the parent
issued by the competent authority.
3. Attested Xerox copy of current salary slip issued by the department.

5. Attested copy of proof for candidates belonging to socially and economically weaker
sections. (BPL card to be submitted)
6. Attested copy of affidavit from
child.

Note:
1. Mere registration does not confirm any admission
2. All documents submitted must be attested by Gazetted officer only.
3. Application form must be completed in all respect along with the supporting
documents.
4. Incomplete form will not be accepted.
5. Last date for registration (for class-I) is 10.03.2015 up to 3:00 PM. No
registration will be done after the above mentioned time.
