Singer-Songwriter Club Benefit Concert
Northgate’s Singer-Songwriter Club is hosting a
benefit concert and they need acts! If interested in
auditioning, please come to the informational meeting
on Feb. 23rd at lunch in the gym or email us at

TODAY is the Last Day to Purchase Senior
Banquet Tickets
Senior Banquet will be held Sun. February 22nd at The
Walnut Creek Marriott from 5:30-8:30 p.m.
TODAY – Feb. 17th is the last day to purchase tickets.
Tickets are available at the Treasurer’s office during
brunch and lunch as well as before and after school.
The prices are as follows:
2/11 – 2/17
$55.00 w/ ASB or $60.00 w/o
Activity Contracts must be completely filled out and
turned in at time of purchase. These can be found
outside of the Treasurer’s window. All fines must be
paid to purchase a ticket.

Attention Juniors – Junior Prom Info
Junior Prom will be Sat. March 14th from 6-10 p.m. on
the USS Hornet in Alameda. It is highly recommended
that girls bring a change of closed toed flat shoes. NO
gum will be allowed.
Junior Prom tickets will go on sale Wed. February 18th
and continue through March 11th at the Treasurer’s
office before and after school as well as during brunch
and lunch. Activity contract and guest bids for this
event are outside the Treasurer’s window. Everyone
attending must have an activity contract! NonNorthgate students must also fill out a guest bid.
Ticket prices will be as follows:
Feb. 18-20: $65 w/ ASB sticker - $70 w/o
Feb. 23-27: $70 w/ ASB sticker - $75 w/o
Mar. 2-6:
$75 w/ ASB sticker - $80 w/o
Mar. 9-11:
$80 w/ ASB sticker - $85 w/o
Interested in Taking Dance 2 Next Year?
If you are interested in being in Dance 2 next year,
please attend a placement audition at lunch in the gym
on Thurs. February 19th or Fri. February 20th. See Ms. ASB discount is only for the Northgate student’s
ticket. All fines must be cleared before purchasing

deliver your senior announcements in the forum during
brunch and lunch. If you ordered senior

6th Annual Trevor Tonsing Blanket Making Festival
Come join us for the 6th Annual blanket making festival
in honor of Trevor Tonsing. Help us to remember him
by making tie blankets in the cafeteria after school on
Thurs. February 26th.

Italian American Federation Scholarship - $500
award for a student of Italian ancestry for academic
achievement. Pick up the application in the College
and Career Center today. Deadline to bring back
completed form to our College and Career Center is
March 1st.
Assistance League of Diablo Valley Scholarship
Program – up to $5,000 award. If you are a senior
with financial need and community involvement with
a min. GPA of 3.0 , apply today. Pick up the
application in the College and Career Center, or go
online at: www.diablovalley.assistanceleague.org .
Deadline to postmark is March 27th.
Construction Financial Management
Scholarship - 3 scholarships between $3,000 $5,000 for seniors who are majoring in a Finance or
Construction related degree in college next fall and
has a min. 3.0 GPA. Deadline to apply is May 1st,
come pick up the application in the College and
Career Center.
