Ideal for Car Washes with Weep Guns
For accurate, repeatable by-pass regulation wherever absolute
reliability in pump output control is necessary. Continually regulates
pressure within 5% of setting. Can be set up to both regulate and
absorb normal pulsation thus eliminating the need for a pulsation
dampener. Can be parallel mounted. Responds in .004 seconds
or less. Designed for Weep Systems.

Materials: Body and Stem; Steel, Electroless Nickel plated. Piston
Cap & Inlet Cap; 416SST hardened stainless steel. Springs; Spring
steel. Seals; Viton®. Maximum temperature 250° F.
NOTE: Requires 5% minimum by-pass. Not recommended for
use with single or two cylinder pumps.
Features: Maximum operating pressure is 3600 PSI • Maximum operating
temperature is 200 ° F. • Maximum flow rate is 8 gpm • Inlet and bypass
port are 1/4" FPT. • Construction is a brass housing with stainless steel
piston and seat.

Balanced Pressure
Regulator
This Pressure Regulator is designed to balance the pressure
between spraying and bypass pressure. Ideal for use with
"weep" style spray wands used in self-serve car washes. Can
also be used with multiple wand applications. This valve can
also absorb normal pulsation eliminating the need for pulsation
dampeners. Nickel-plated body. Similar to widely used regulators
that have been sold for years. Rated to 5 gpm and 2000 PSI.

to mount “in-line”. Rate to 7 gpm at
pressures from 200-2000 PSI.3300-87
has 3/8" FPT on all ports. 3300-87M
is 3/8" MPT inlet x 3/8" FPT outlet and
bypass. Rated to 180° F.
Model YBRV5325 is a high flow unit
that is designed to mount “off-line”.
Rated to 53 gpm at pressures to 2500
PSI. Inlet port is 3/4" FPT. Bypass is
1/2" FPT. Rated to 195° F. Can be
used in multiple gun applications.

Balanced Pressure Regulators are designed so that working pressure
and bypass pressure are “balanced” in the system. Ideal for weep style
trigger wands because there is no valve cycling and pressure is constant.
Can also be used on large flow pumps for pressure regulation and control.
Bodies are brass with Buna o-rings.
Model 579 is a “mini” regulator rated
to 4 gpm at pressures from 100-1000
PSI. Designed to be mounted “offline”. Ports are 1/4" MPT inlet x 1/8"
FPT bypass. Rated to 180° F.

Designed to handle the same rigorous demands
as the Hydra-Cell pumps. These valves will bypass
total system flow when required and will also balance
system pressure for multiple gun operations.
Standard valves feature Brass bodies with Buna O-rings
and stainless valve seats and plunger ball. Rated to
160° F. (200° F. available on special request).
Model C62B features Viton®/Teflon O-rings and
diaphragm and is rated to 200° F.

CAT PUMPS®. Rated to flows of up to 35 GPM and pressures
to 2000 PSI. Commonly used in conjunction with Cat 35FR
pumps. Stainless steel and Viton® internal parts for durability.
In-line, flow-through design for ease of installation.
Can be used in tunnel arches or in single gun and multiple
gun wash systems. Zero system pressure variation with each
additional gun added to the system.
Inlet and outlet ports are 3/4" FPT. Bypass port is 1" FPT.
